Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and comedian. She is most notable for her tenure as a cast participant on the NBC sketch comedy program Saturday Night Live from 1996 to 2002. Since then, she's played in sitcoms, such as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and in the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer started her professional career at Northwestern University she initially enrolled as a vocal major, and later changed her focus to theater studies once she decided to get involved with the campus improv comedy group. Her improv-loving spirit has been carried throughout her numerous supporting roles such as the incredibly manageable Sheila Shay (agent), on Lady Dynamite, and the eccentric Karen Grisham. All of this has led to American Auto, the NBC comedy that grants Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring role. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She's appeared in the telenovela film, HBO's Eastbound & Down & Capadocia television show and Amazon TV show Goliath. Reguera was raised in Veracruz, Mexico. Nena Dela Reguera, her maternal grandmother. The actress was Miss Veracruz, a journalist, and TV personality. Reguera trained in classical ballet at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura and went on to study performance arts.
